Context reuse notes
Observation from ContextPilot-style systems:
- context reuse depends on structural stability
- reordered regions destroy reuse locality
- deterministic segmentation may improve cache reuse
- repeated regions are not necessarily semantic regions
- stable boundaries matter for retrieval and caching
Potential long-term relevance for GLYPH:
